1. Who we are
Alloy Personal Training Woodinville is a small group personal training studio at 14381 Woodinville Redmond Rd NE, Ste H, Woodinville, WA 98072. The studio is independently owned and operated by Seattle Wellness LLC under a franchise from Alloy Personal Training, LLC. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Seattle Wellness LLC doing business as Alloy Personal Training Woodinville.
This policy covers this website, our online booking calendar, forms, website chat, text messages and emails, and the information we collect at the studio. Alloy Personal Training, LLC's own website, alloypersonaltraining.com, is covered by its own privacy policy.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, mobile number and email address when you book a session, RSVP to a workshop, send us a chat message, call or text us, or visit the studio.
- Messages and answers: what you write in the chat, in forms and in texts or emails, and the guests you tell us you are bringing to a workshop.
- Membership and billing details: when you join, your address, membership plan and payment information. Payment cards are handled by our membership software and its payment processor.
- Health and fitness information: see section 5. This includes your goals, injuries and medical limits, InBody body-composition results, movement assessment results and progress notes.
Information collected automatically
- How you found us: when you arrive from an ad, a search engine, a social site or one of our articles, the site remembers that for your visit and passes it to our booking calendar, so we know which channels bring people in.
- How you use the site: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and device and browser type, collected by Microsoft Clarity, and which pages you viewed and whether you tapped our phone number, collected by the Meta pixel (see section 7).
- Technical information: IP address and browser details that any website receives, and that our hosting, booking and chat providers log.
3. How we use it
- To answer your questions and book your Starting Point Session, workshops and training sessions.
- To design and adjust your training program and nutrition guidance, and to coach you safely around injuries and medical limits.
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to messages you sent us.
- To run your membership, including billing.
- If you agreed to it, to send news, offers and workshop invitations.
- To understand which pages and advertising bring people to the studio, and to improve the website.
- To keep records required by law and by our insurer, and to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information or your health data, and we do not use your health information for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the studio, and only what they need to do that work:
- Alloy Ops (built on LeadConnector): our customer system for contacts, the booking calendar, forms, website chat, texts and emails. It is provided through our franchisor, Alloy Personal Training, LLC.
- Mindbody: our membership, class-scheduling and billing software.
- InBody: the body-composition scanner we use and its software.
- Microsoft Clarity: website analytics and heat maps.
- Vercel: hosts this website.
- Google: the map on this site, and our email and document tools.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): when you arrive from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads and book through our online calendar, our booking system may let Meta know a booking happened, so we can measure whether the ad worked. The Meta pixel on this site also tells Meta which of our pages you viewed and whether you tapped our phone number (see section 7).
- Our accountants and bookkeepers: billing and payment records only.
- Alloy Personal Training, LLC (our franchisor): business reporting, and access to Alloy Ops as the company that provides it.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or with a buyer if the studio is sold.
5. Washington consumer health data privacy policy
Washington's My Health My Data Act gives you rights over "consumer health data", meaning information that identifies you and relates to your past, present or future physical or mental health. This section explains how we handle it.
What consumer health data we collect, and why
- Goals and health history you share, such as injuries, joint problems, surgeries, medical conditions, menopause, medications you choose to tell us about, and limits from your doctor or physical therapist. Why: to write a safe program and coach around them.
- InBody body-composition results, such as weight, muscle mass and body fat. Why: to set your starting point, guide your nutrition targets and track progress.
- Movement assessment results and progress notes. Why: to design your program and adjust it over time.
- Nutrition information you share. Why: to give you nutrition guidance.
- The fact that you booked a free assessment or contacted us about training. Why: to arrange your session and follow up with you.
Where it comes from
From you, through our forms, chat, texts, emails, calls and conversations at the studio; from the assessments and InBody scans you do with us; and from notes your coaches make while training you. We do not buy health data about you.
What we share, and with whom
We share consumer health data only with the companies that store or process it for us: Alloy Ops (LeadConnector) and Mindbody, which hold our member records, and InBody, which holds scan results. Booking information may reach Meta as described in section 4. We do not share consumer health data with any affiliate, and we do not sell it. We collect and share consumer health data only with your consent, or as needed to provide the training you asked us for.

- Withdraw consent: withdraw your consent to our collecting or sharing it.

7. Cookies, analytics and the tools on this site
- Visit source: the site stores how you arrived (for example "from a Facebook ad" or "from a Google search") in your browser's session storage. It is deleted when you close the tab.
- Microsoft Clarity: records clicks, scrolling and page views to make heat maps and replays of visits, so we can see what is confusing on the site. It is set to hide everything typed into fields and the text on our pages, and it is not used on our blog articles. Clarity uses cookies. Microsoft explains how it handles this data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Meta pixel: tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that you viewed one of our pages, and that you tapped our phone number, so we can see whether our ads bring people to the site and so Meta can show them to people more likely to be interested. It sends the page address and your browser details, never anything typed into the booking calendar, forms or chat, and it is not used on our blog articles. The pixel uses cookies. Meta explains how it handles this data in its Privacy Policy, and you can manage how Meta uses it for ads in your ad preferences.
- Booking calendar, forms and chat: these come from Alloy Ops and may set their own cookies to work.
- Map: the map on the home page comes from Google Maps, which may set cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, though the booking calendar and chat may ask you to re-enter details.
8. How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep information while you are a member or are in touch with us, and afterwards only as long as we need it for tax, legal and insurance records. After that we delete it. Access is limited to studio staff who need it to coach you or run the studio, and our providers store it on secured systems. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them online.
9. Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information, or for a copy of it.
